Paul's Kitchen Viet Thai Restauraunt

Finally!!! A pho place that makes it right with love and care!!! The pho made feel like I was back home again!!! Amazing food and service!!!

Gawd damn! I’d order Paul’s signature fried rice for take out… took a bite out of it… just sat there eating it in the car… all the flavours made me feel like a flying unicorn!!! Very delicious!!!!

Food was good - very fresh. I found the portion sizes to be lacking, but I think I’ve been spoiled by other Vietnamese restaurants in Lethbridge. Our server was fantastic.

Dined at Paul’s today for the first time. We are Vegetarians and it’s not always easy to find menu items that suit our diet. We ordered the Cashew Deluxe with tofu and it was outstanding!! The tofu was crispy and delicious, the cashews & veggies cooked to perfection. The salad rolls were fresh and wonderful and the peanut sauce the very best we’ve had!! Many items on the menu can be customized to accommodate a vegetarian diet. Paul and his sweet daughter were both so nice, the restaurant immaculately clean and inviting! Prices are very reasonable! This has become our favourite restaurant in town! Such lovely and fresh dishes… The service is so good and they are super friendly! Just love eating here! Going again tonight!

Do not pass go, Do not collect 200 dollars….. go straight to Pauls Kitchen and eat the best Thai food in Lethbridge . Unbelievable!!!!!

This is a new Viet Thai restaurant, it used to be a Vietnamese restaurant. It looks pretty much the same with a new sign. The menu is on the small side but has a good selection. The salad rolls were delicious, a very good side for the price. My son loved the spring rolls, they came out quickly and piping hot. I had the Paul's special pho with sliced beef and beef balls. The bone broth was satisfying and tasted great. The service was so friendly! My 8 yr old son was charming the server and she was so sweet and kind.
