Customer service at its worst. I’ve been to Paul’s outlets outside India, but I must say this has been the worst experience. Moreover your service will depend on the make up and clothes you choose to put.

The place is good, food is awesome.. must try.. I loved the olive,garlic &cheese loaf, pizza is good too Service is a bit slow but that can be ignored..

Excellent food! Great vibe! Vivek was at our service and he ensured we are enjoying our dinner and looked after us very well!

As we all know, PAUL is a legendary French bistro chain spread across the world. What makes this brand instantly successful in every single location? The simple answer is ‘Quality and Focus’ PAUL has cleverly adapted French cuisine to a more relatable version which everyone can enjoy. Needless to say, the ingredients are top notch and the service is pretty good too. I’ve tried their outlets in Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai-all branches were spot-on with the taste and atmosphere. Not to be missed is their signature French Onion soup and the Napoli style pizza. Their desserts are out of this proverbial world and will leave you satiated. Try the very unusual Canele, a small bake with hard chewy exterior and soft buttery centre.

We were seated at a particular table. We were served water and menu and were ready to order. However, we were later shifted to another table in the middle of everything No complaints with food or anything.

The MISMANAGEMENT of this place ruins the whole experience.

Went to the Paul palladium mall after having visited the dubai and Delhi chains as well..... Must say the service, hygiene and waiters were pathetic. There were tiny flies, water was served in stinking glass and cold coffee was absolutely warm. The cherry on cake were the rude and ignorant waiter's. The whole PAUL experience was not at all appreciable 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
