Welcome to Pastiche. A place to surround yourself with family, friends and the food Michael Engel loves to cook. Pastiche is a traditional French bistro focused mainly on French fare. With some room to move into Spanish and Italian foods, largely because we have several wines from those countries and We really think Spanish wine goes best with Spanish food. But, mainly, Pastiche is simple French food.
