I'm surprised this place is still open as slow as these people are. They suck. 40 min wait to get food.

This place is horrible it takes forever to get your food there under staff and they got people working without uniform and it not just this store it is all of them

The workers wasn't doing their jobs. They were all outside and in the lobby hanging around being disrespectful cursing, walking in out out the restautant while their was customers in the restaurant trying to place an order. It took awhile for me to get my order it was very unprofessional and not clean at all in the lobby at all on 76 and silver spring. We I got to the restaurant they never have anything that I want always out out food and condiments. It's always something in that restaurant they need better customer service and workers

Had to wait 2 and a half hours and by the time I got it it was horrible. Soo mad

Door dashed a chicken sandwich and sweet tea. Was then told both items are “unavailable”

The chicken just isn't GOOD NO MORE..THEN THE PLACE SHORT CHANGED ME. ON MY RED BEANS & RICE. ORDER A LARGE AN GOT SMALL

No sense of urgency at all to complete orders correctly or in a decent amount of time in a fast food restaurant. The workers were more concerned with the conversation and their phone than the customers. I work with the public all my life decades so I can relate but these young kids have no drive. The whole place was nasty of smelled of weed. Popeyes really need so diligence with who the hire and the expectation needed too be met
