There is no bakery like passion bakery! The cakes are moist. The icing is not overly sweet, but luscious the management is fantastic especially in Rockville. My husband’s two retirement cakes were spectacular. Thank you, passion, bakery

I ordered a cake with pineapple filling and coconut butte rcream, it turned out great. The cake was moist and really flavorful!

Have had a number of items here and my impression is things are pretty hit or miss. I can recommend the tiramisu and the fruit tart, which were very good. However, I felt some of the desserts were a bit too sweet for my taste, including the mango mousse cake. I have also had one of the lunch sandwiches, can't remember which one, but I felt it was very average and there are many better places to get a lunch sandwich nearby.

I got the fruit Napoleon cake, honestly I felt it’s not fresh, the layers of the cake is not crunchy and the fruit tastes like rotten. I won’t go back again.

I have an interesting relationship with this cafe because I want to love it SO much but there’s usually at least 1 thing each time I go to prevent them from being at greatness. I usually get a breakfast sandwich from here and they’re cooked to perfection most times. So no complaints on that end. One of the most recent times I went I asked for a breakfast platter and instead of choosing a meat option( I’m vegetarian) I asked for an additional egg. They said the substitution was okay but charged me for the extra egg which I thought was interesting. The staff at the front desk is some times friendly and some times cold so I never know which one I will get. Today I went and although the lady was friendly she was looking down at her phone while I was giving my order and she gave me the wrong cheese cake. I asked for a slice of Oreo and she gave me a fruit cheesecake which was still delicious I just really wanted the Oreo. When she packed it I was still waiting for my order so I didn’t notice until I was back at my desk. Over all it’s very convenient and clean inside so I’d say try it out for yourself. They use real eggs which I appreciate and enjoy and their hashbrowns are always cooked to perfection!

The reviews of this place are deceiving. We expected it to be much better. My Husband got few pastries and cake for my moms birthday and it was very bad. It didn’t taste like bakery dishes and way expensive for the quality. I would say that Whole Foods is half the price and tastes way better. We wanted something special but it turned out to be a disappointment and it didn’t taste fresh more like 4 days old with a fridge smell.

Got a coffee and breakfast burrito on a Saturday morning. Place was empty but the food was good and the staff could not have been nicer. Definitely will come back.

I like this bakery but I’m not sure what happened. We bought a cake and it had too much frosting but the flavor was delicious

This place is a hidden jewel. 1000% will be going here again. I am so impressed with the quality of the food. The pastries here are second to none. They also have coffee and smoothies to die for! There is a nice little outdoor seating area complete with umbrellas and a nice seating area inside with an open atmosphere.
