The highlight of my dining experience was, without a doubt, the Barramundi. This dish is a testament to the chef’s artistry and the kitchen’s commitment to sourcing the freshest, most sustainable produce. The barramundi, a fish known for its buttery texture and delicate flavor, was cooked to perfection. Its skin was crisped to a golden hue, encasing the moist, flaky flesh within. It was served atop a bed of vibrant, seasonal vegetables, each bite a harmonious blend of earth and sea. Parker Restaurant is not just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor passing through, a meal at Parker promises not only to satisfy your hunger but to leave you with a lasting impression of culinary excellence.

Did not enjoy the meal. The Good: Service was great. Complimentary, fresh bread for the appetizer was nice, goat cheese and tomato appetizer was tasty. The Bad: Lobster bisque had a great lobster bisque flavor...however there were maybe 3 crumbs of lobster. I'm not expecting 3 or 4 oz, but a couple of nice chunks would really make the difference. It's shellfish stock and cream...you can afford a couple of decent chunks and still make profit. My fiancee had the burger and really enjoyed it. Temperature was spot on. The bouillabaisse was not good. They had this farmed salmon in it that tasted muddy and gross, then they said "it's not farm raised". Well, it's faroe island salmon. The only salmon in the faroe islands is farmed Atlantic salmon which isn't native. It's all imported, caged and fed pellets...and it tastes like it. The broth had no depth and just tasted of tomato. It was the worst I've ever had. Even the "crouton" on the side was awful. It was spongy, not crisp despite having grill marks. The cheesecake dessert had this overwhipped cream/mascarpone on top with zero flavor. It was straight cream and cheese. Cannot think of a reason to spend more money here.

This may be one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was terrific. Service was great. I would highly recommend!!!

Wanted to update this as the prices go higher, the food stays average, and the only thing standout is the live music on some nights.

Always have great meals. We love the cheese board very nicely done. Steaks and scallops are perfectly cooked.

A table for 5 and we all thoroughly enjoyed everything about Parker’s! Food was fabulous!
