Used to be at least edible, or 3stars if one doesn’t want to have the other options in the same food court, but they seems to have a new ownership and crew that do not know what their menu items taste like.
We love this place. Have been eating there for 10 years. We love their pho, noodle salads, and spring rolls. My kids also like sweet potato fries.
Good food with slow service. Parking: Parking is available right in front of the restaurant.
This place was my last resort for pho when I had a craving, but now I can’t even call it that. I think since the recent change in staff it’s been going downhill. Disgusting pho, the “beef” was inedible. For a $17 bowl of pho it had better be awesome. They don’t even give you a proper spoon. Sandwiches and noodle dishes are ok
Served raw shrimp. When we brought it back we were told it looked “fine” to them, to which my husband said loudly “you’re going to kill someone!” They quickly grabbed it back and said they’d remake it. They dumped the same shrimp they gave us back into the fryer. Place is disgusting and the attitudes are even worse.
Their Chicken Noodle Salad is the best I have eaten. Pho and sandwiches are also good.
Vegetarian options: Good veggie pho but way too expensive
Every since there was a change in staff it’s been going down hill
Not authentic. Do I need to say more? Many better choices at crossroads.
