Always a great experience with a clean restaurant and friendly employees making great food.

It's going to be a no for me..The sliced brisket was tough, dry and flavorless. The sausage and boudin were both very basic. Best thing was the BBQ sauce, potato salad and macaroni and cheese. Don't think I will be back.

Damn good food

Brisket was a little dry and not super flavorful. The sausage was good, as was the coleslaw. The beans weren't my style but they weren't bad by any means. My wife had a turkey wrap and she wasn't impressed. I would go back and give them another shot for sure.

The best hamburgers and fries around.

Love this place! The turkey is so good!! I got the 2 meat plate with coleslaw and side salad. All was very good. The fried roll was good too.

Papa's Pit is one of my favorite places for lunch. I love the Papas Special, but they also have some of the best burgers in Angelina County. Best fries hands down!
