Just had the hardest bagel of my life. Place used to be good, now it's garbage

Probably the worst bagel I’ve ever had. Could barely bite through it because of how hard it was. I just went here because of the 4 star rating it has but I will never be back.

Parking: Not the best but doable

Been to this place a few times and they used to be great now their trash. They overcharge and when called on it don't even apologize for it. 3 separate times I ordered an omelette which on their displayed menu says comes with toast or bagel. All 3 times they tried to charge me for the bagel. I gave it some time and said let's see if they got better. So I ordered French toast with a couple of scrambled eggs since they list egg add-on for 85 cents. They then charged me 3.50 for the eggs. I'm done giving them chances and you should not give them your money.

I don’t normally write a lot of reviews, but then I typically tend to have good experiences. I went to this deli 2 days ago. Staff was rude. Not only rude but I was uncomfortably checked out by a man who worked there. It was so demeaning. The food was not great. The egg sandwiches were somehow soggy but the eggs were so dry. I ordered an Italian sandwich and the amount of dressing on this leaked out into the bag in the time I walked out and to my car to pass the sandwiches out to the passengers in my car. Don’t recommend

Extremely slow service.. Saturday morning. Won't be back.
