Papa Roni's Pizza & Ice Cream

Great, friendly service. Pizza and ice cream are delicious. Got a free pizza and ice cream for my birthday, which is so nice. What place does that? I'm definitely coming back!

My mom ordered pizza for our family through Doordash. My fiance took a bite from his pepperoni pizza and received a splinter from a piece of wood that somehow ended up in the pizza. He had to fish in his gums to get it out. My mom tried to call Papa Roni's to let them know and the lady she spoke to repeatedly told her she had to contact Doordash about it even though they were the ones who made the pizza. Honestly, very poor communication on their end. They actually hung up on her the first time she called about it before she tried calling them again.

Paparonis Pizza is amazing. Love the 5 cheese pepperoni and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza.

I've ordered a lot both in person and by delivery without a bad experience (: everyone is so nice and respectful Everytime. I love how I can customize milkshakes and I have several menu items that are my favorite. The constant coupons always make me happy too! Update: finally had a bad experience knew it had to happen at some point but jeez. Paid $45 for 2 milkshakes, a small pizza 2 topping and a pasta with chicken.. waited 1hr for a microwaved pizza and pasta.. the pizza had ice cold crust with a warm spot right at the middle of the pie and the one topping above the cheese had solid cheese outlines. Like every indication it was microwaved. Would've been happy to wait longer for the right temperature at least..
