Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

My wife ordered a large cheese pizza, a desert pizza and cheese bread with sauce and a ranch, which the kids love. We had the food delivered, and it was ok. The wife and kids loved it. I was not particularly hungry, so I had a couple of slices of cheese bread. The problem came in that we did not receive the ranch. My wife called and spoke to someone not sure if it was a manager or not. He said that they do not give credit, the reason the credit thing was asked for was because they said will not be sending the driver back out for just a ranch and what do you want him to do about it. Yes, it is only $1.50, but it was not our mistake, and we paid for delivery of all our food we paid for and tipped the driver. We also live very close so he could have delivered it or the money later on in the evening. The next day, the owner called me and apologized for the way the employee handled the issue and said it was basically a training issue and it would be rectified and he wanted smooth over the mistake in any way he could. I just said add the ranch to our next order, and thank you for addressing the situation. Originally, I rated the service rating a one-star, but since someone reached out to us to address the issue, I bumbed it up to 3 stars. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me.

This is the first time ordering from Papa Romanos and I have to say this is one of my worst experience. I ordered pizza for my kids at 7 pm with delivery. At 8pm, I called them to get an update on the pizza and they told me that the order got cancelled because driver could not make it. At least they could've called and said they couldn't give food to my kids. I asked them to make another pizza and I could pick it up and the person on the phone said they were closed even though Google listed them being open for another 1 hour! This is the worst place to get pizza. Do not recommend!
