Didn’t get the food I ordered. Ordered a large square meat lovers and bambino bread. Got a round meat lovers and bread sticks. I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Got large round pizza and asked for extra sauce on it as we do for all pizza orders, any where go. Got it home and found no extra sauce on it. Sauce was nowhere near the crust. It S U CK E D. We have not had their pizza in a few years and will be much, much longer if ever again, simple request & fail. Did I mention that it really S U C K E D.
They really need to get their hours together. Went there 2 nights ago at 8pm and they were closed early. Google says they close at 9. Their physical door says 8:30. Went again tonight, got in at 7:50, a young girl with attitude told me "we DO CLOSE in 10 minutes" which was a nice way of telling me to gtfo. So i did. Checked the door hours on my way out and it said they close at 8:30. Again, google says 9.
Why do you have 1 person working. I applaud the young lady she did great for being by herself! Y'all should be ashamed and they need to hire more folks. Food was good, hot and fresh. The 2 stars is for having 1 person working.
Pizza was excellent & the waitstaff was also very friendly and helpful.
The pizza and breadsticks are fantastic here!
When they’re actually open or taking orders, I enjoy their Greek pita. Their hours say they are open until 8. I went in at 7pm and they told me their no longer taking orders. Not really sure what that means… are you closed or open? Doesn’t take much to slap some meat and cheese on a piece of pita but… oh well.
***UPDATE*** (Fall 2021) Thank you for your response. Hopefully you have had enough time to address these issues or change your listed hours online. I’ll be in town again this weekend and will stop by again. Thanks.
***UPDATE*** (Fall 2022) I came in the other day and the woman did a great job on our pita sandwiches. However, came in again this Saturday at 11:30 AM and they were not open, even though their business is listed at opening at 10am. It seems as though the hours have still not been updated from last year. My suggestion is to either call or not go any time before 1pm… because it’s a gamble on weather they’re going to be open or not.
Great place. Good food. Always fresh.
The employees are kind, but the food quality is horrible. Twice now the meat pizza literally had one pepperoni per piece and a couple pieces of sausage and ham. Any other Papa Romanos has a sufficient amount of meat. The antipasto salad is the same way. Bagged lettuce with mostly onion and soggy tomatoes. We have tried it twice now. We won't be back for a 3rd time.
Please don’t pay for extra you will never see it, but you pay for it.
Restaurant is dirty. The food comes out undercooked and sloppy. The owner expects you to still pay for it and eat it even after you point out that the pizza is not cooked. He started yelling I walked out and I’m so glad I didn’t pay online
Service was good. Ordered the philly cheesesteak & the supreme pizza. The crust on both were VERY overdone!! The philly cheesesteak was so overdone you could say it was burnt. Very disappointed!!
Little meat for a Meatza. Should have stayed with the Papa Favorite for the price.
