Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Great store. Staff is super friendly, and they actually read your requests to change things when ordering on the app. I'm never unhappy with the toppings they use here!

The pizza is always amazing. But this one particular time I went in and was getting pizza with my mother in law and had my 4yr old with me. She had to go potty. The one employee his name was Rasheed. Let us use the employee bathroom. I am forever greatful cause when your 4yr old has to go they gotta go. Lol

Went to this Papa Murphy’s location and I have never had such an awful customer experience before. The girl at the counter had a hard time understanding we would like a side of extra pizza sauce. Then from there the other workers making the pizza were confusion and glared at me when I asked for lighter cheese on my pizza. Next, they were too busy talking and laughing with each other that they ended up having trouble remembering light on the cheese. I have never felt like such a problem entering into a business giving them my money. There is a serious problem with customer service at this location. Being polite is a basic step in customer service. I will not stop at this location again. I have never had this experience at any Papa Murphy’s locations until now.

We grabbed a couple of pizza for the super bowl. Everyone who had some commented that the crust tasted funky. A total of four pieces were eaten and the rest went into the trash. I have been here before and everything was great. Something changed.

The two people there were rude and not very friendly at all

Picked up 3 pizzas tonight. There were at least 8 or 9 teenagers working g the front counter. The young gal taking my order did a great job and very polite! That’s where it ends. There were 4-5 kids making the pizzas. They were more interested in visiting with their CV I-workers and giggling then worrying about the customers. I’m watched them fir a couple minutes and finally said I am your customer and would like my pizzas. They looked at me like can’t you see we are talking and went right back to their giggling and carrying on. Their was a young man and his. And was Brooks, ge looked at me like too bad. The gal at the end of the line was mad not sure what about but she didn’t even look at me. The last pizza she tossed on top my other 2 pizzas and pushed them at me and never said thank you! They were the most obnoxious kids I have ever been waited on by. I wish I would have video taped them. This is the 2nd time I have ran into this issue at this store before. I will give my business to the Papa Johns on Cliff and 57th. I am always greeted there and employees are always friendly. Never have I ran j to this issue at that store. I was appalled. By the service I received Parking: There are alot of businesses here. They really can’t do much about it
