Love the pizza!

The three staff members were unwelcoming and uncaring. Nobody even asked me what they could do for me - left me just standing there looking at them while they worked in silence. When I finally told them I was there to pick up my order, they told me that I should have ordered ahead and that I would have to wait. I told them I did order ahead and only then did they go and find find my pizza and give it to me. Very stupid and disrespectful experience. They all need to be trained in customer service. Guys - there are so many pizza choices in Holland and you treat customers like this?

My family eats from this location weekly. Tuesdays are such a good deal! Great food and excellent service. The ingredients are extremely fresh and nobody could ever accuse them of skimping on toppings. Definitely eat here. It'll quickly become your favorite pizza spot.

Like SO many other pizza joints, the ingredients are good but if you want true Italian, you won't find the spices.

This is bar none one of the worst experiences I have had from a business. If I could give negative stars I would. Their system froze and they could not verify they did not charge me. I stayed there until they could give me proof they did not charge me. The older woman who would not identify herself (first red flag) would not give me her or her manager's name. No transparency. The manager said to send me on my way without verification. While waiting in their store for all this to be resolved, the same female kept wiping her nose on her glove and touching the containers she was putting away for closing. She kept touching the phone and the POS and then touching the food. After seeing that, I no longer wanted my pizza. This business will be out of business soon. I am just grabbing my popcorn and watching them shoot themselves in the foot. They rely on EBT customers to stay afloat. Apparently they think customer service is no longer important. DO NOT GO HERE if you value sanitization and customer service. Plenty of good pizza places in Holland they actually follow food handlers guidelines and don't wipe their nose and touch the screens/phones while touching the food. Let alone actually treat the customer well.

Second time I've tried to get pizza here. First time was bad....same result today. Tried ordering online...no success. Tried calling them..4 times over 30 minutes. No answer. I'm done. Never again.

Whoever was working on April 3rd, 2023 at 724pm is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. No customer service skills what so ever. I will never dine here again, and that person should be fired.
