Grown up on papa Murphy’s pizza. Love it and can’t beat the value. Unfortunately this location has gone down hill. The quality of pizza isn’t there. Poorly made pizzas with uneven distribution of toppings or toppings missing altogether. The photo highlights the empty margins on half the pizza and some bites will be nothing but bell pepper. Edit:2024- we’ve gone back to this location and pizzas have improved. It’s once again our go-to spot. Thanks Papa Murphy’s
Good pizza. Short TV staffed. Feel sorry for the employees!
Fresh ingredients. Handmade pizza. How can you go wrong w that? Prices are fair.
The ladies who worked on Dec. 19th were helpful and nice. It was very busy and the customer service was excellent! Tuesdays are when you get the best deals. The pizza is tasty.
Best pizza and best price and you can use your Oregon Trail card God Bless
Ordered 2 pizzas at 2:00pm. Was told they would be ready in 1.5 hours. Okay, no problem, probably a bit busy but that's fine. Called at about 3:00pm and was told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I bus so I arrived to the store at about 4:20. My order was not anywhere near ready, they hadn't even started it yet. After waiting for 20 minutes inside the store I was informed (BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER, NO EMPLOYEE EVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THIS) that I needed to check in with the worker at the counter, Mika, who then informed me that they still had another 30 minutes for my order. During this time they had finished multiple orders for people who had placed their orders 30 minutes-1 hour ago all while making multiple customers who ordered 2-3 hours prior wait even longer. Luckily 2 extra employees arrived to help the 3 there and orders started coming up faster, but the immense lack of time management and complete inability to multitask was genuinely infuriating. It took them 5 minutes to complete my order once they started making it, but I was stuck sitting and waiting for an hour for them to even start them. Orders should be made in the order in which they are received, not by who showed up to the store first. If you tell me 1.5 hours til my food is done, I'm not going to bus and sit there an hour early so that you'll actually start making it. I understand being busy because of a game day, but they need to manage time and orders better so that situations like this are avoided. We waited nearly 4 hours for them to make 2 pizzas and that is just unacceptable service.
