Delicious "The Works" pizza + "cheesy tots" + drink on "Solo Offer" [sufficient for lunch tomorrow!]

I would give 0 stars if I could!! Disgusting customer service with a poor excuse of a “ language barrier “ One Particular member of staff was rude and ignorant to our request of a garlic bread being cut into the shape of a pizza and not sticks ( due to child with OCD) This member of staff then decided to have a breakdown in the middle of the shop, throwing stuff about and slamming cupboards like a CHILD! Papa johns sort your staff out

Probably the worst fresh pizza I had

Rang to see what offers they had on was told 11.99 for XXL, asked if this was for delivery told yes, said I would ring back when I have devices what I want, rang back and got an extremely unhelpful gentleman who sighed when I said I wanted to place an order then was told it would be £23.98!! Needless to say I wouldn’t pay double the price and won’t waste my time bothering to order from here again.

Usually extremely good quality pizza. But 2/5 rating, because I was advised this evening it would take at least 20 minutes, if not longer, if I went ahead to make a collection order, as they had so many different orders waiting ahead of me. Fair enough, but presumably the guy at the till was the only person making food, as in the few minutes it took him to serve the lady in front of me and then served myself, not a single pizza was being made.

Papa John's new squashed pizza arrived 10 mins late squashed and just warm NOT hot..and over priced . go somewhere else
