Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible service. Not everyone is bad but it only takes a few to mess up your whole experience. Not professional at all + wings just had sauced drizzled on. Very disappointed and will not be going back

My girlfriend placed an order online and mistakenly didn’t put it for a later time that day. She called to get it corrected and Ms. Latoya said she would remake the order for the time it was meant to be ready for. Once I got to the store, I had cooks on the pizza line making comments “oh is that the girls pizza that called and whined” not realizing I was picking it up. I tried to say thank you and have a great day, but the staff and especially Ms. Latoya blatantly ignored me inside, rolled their eyes when I said have a nice day, and when I stopped and said it again to try to reassure the situation was that she wanted me to know she was upset about something? The unprofessional attitude and demeanor by Ms. Latoya at this location will have me never returning.

Always messing up my order on purpose, discriminating against me all the time

Please, and I repeat PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. My family and I had the worst experiences. The customer service is very kind but the food is not even decent quality. I don’t understand papa John’s. If someone asks for EXTRA cheese, the pizza should have cheese on it. It’s like the more cheese you ask for the less you get. Our pizza was filled with sauce, toppings, and only a sprinkle of cheese. And this is not the first time this has happened! We’ve had a replacement and the replacement was still horrible. The food is just not good anymore. Save your time and money and just go to Pizza Hut or Marco’s.

I always ask myself. Why did I order from this place. Terrible pizza. Every time.

The crew that made my chicken Alfredo pizza on Friday night November 17th it was delicious and perfect

This is the most unpleasant I've experienced with them. I ordered at 10pm, they accepted the money, didn't give an order confirmation number, provided them with delivery instructions to call upon entry, and gave them the apt number. They didn't call upon entry, so they weren't able to find me. Called & nobody answered, so I'm out of $26 & no pizza. Just horrible!

The manager that took my order was super nice and told me about a special with more toppings and less money than what I was ordering! You have to LOVE that kind of service! The pizza was wonderful!!
