Papa Johns Pizza

Had a glowing experience with them on 12APR2024. Pizza was ready quickly, employees were working fast, but still friendly and courteous. Food was amazing; they got the pizzas just right. I'll definitely order from this store again.

The worst papa johns I have ever been to in my life. Placed an online order, everything went normal…arrived to pick up and the guy that handed the order over seemed annoyed, didn’t welcome me in. Ok fine. Get home and serve dinner, pizza dough is almost completely raw, the breadsticks the same, the jalapeño bites the same. Upsetting since this is dinner. I call up the restaurant and tell them my concern, the “manager” trying to convince me that it was unmelted cheese. I told her I would bring the food back and she said no, she would submit a “claim” but no exchange or refund would be given and only an “investigation” would happen. Never got an email nor a call from anyone regarding the manner. I submitted a claim online with the same result. I paid good money for that meal only not to be able to eat it.

The attention over the phone is excellent, but the employees at the location are not nice at all, at least today 02 19 2024 at 7:45pm

Six strikes - you’re out. Love Papa Johns but this location can not bring us one that isn’t burned - Six in a row delivered like this; we’re done!

Warning Don’t order online to this store website they took my money and I didn’t receive my order then they didn’t do anything to compensate for their errors!! Never again will I come here and your store is dirty. Here comes my claim

Friendly staffs.

Ridiculous service. Was told order had a few minutes left to be done, the young man leaves to make more pizza. Someone else comes in 5 mins later after waiting to ask the name on the order again, them she looks and grabs the order that was ready the entire times. The first young man didn’t bother to look the first time or follow up.

Ok, so I ordered from Papa. John's and my pizza had looked like it was Fumbled at Twenty yard lineand spiked into the end zone!!!
