Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered Papa John's on December 15th. 2023. When I went in there I was waiting in line for my order and notice that the person boxing up the pizzas weren't using any gloves and was just sticking his hand in the pepperchinis and putting them in the box. This was disgusting to me so I pointed it out to the person at the register and asked him if I could have some from a Fresh container. He proceeded to go to the back and got a fresh container and you and utensil to take one out for me. I said that is really gross that he's sticking his hands in the food and putting it in people's boxes. He told me maybe I should have went elsewhere! I made the customer complaint that night I have called the customer service department several times to this day no one has gotten back to me about my refund for my food! I will not be returning.

Literally the worst customer service. I had paced an order containing 2 extra garlic dipping sauces, 10 boneless wings, a medium pizza, and cheese bread sticks, the wings are smaller then a chicken nugget, I didn't get my extra sauces, and then when I called about it the manager is exsessively rude, hung up on me after stating that they are chicken poppers which they are not advertised as such or priced as such on the website. I will NEVER go back, tell anyone to go there, ever. literally. unless they want over priced food and bad customer service if you even get the correct order to begin with.

Called and ordered pizza 747pm and called to check on it at 845pm . Ask to speak with manager and he hung up on me twice . Absolutely the worse service I've ever in counter . If this happen at a papa John's back home ,the man would lose his job . We were going to use papa John to feed or company employees next week and order of 75 pizzas. I guess I will find someone else to cater the lunch.

We gave Papa John's a second shot, even though our first try wasn't very good. Delivery was less than mediocre. Our food arrived cold thanks to Papa John's cheaping out and using door dash. Add to that that the pizza came with pineapple on parts of it. We didn't order pineapple. The quality of this location lacks severely. When you take away your delivery drivers and replace them with a meal delivery company, you take away people who are invested in their jobs and your company. These Door Dash drivers deliver more than just the pizza you ordered. They also make other stops to pick up other delivery orders. I doubt we'll get pizza from Papa John's in Holland again. It's sad, because I used to really like their food.

Ordered two pizzas, neither had any pizza sauce. If you can't handle your weed don't smoke on the job.

Order was wrong asked for extra pepperoni.pizza was cold. Hardly had any sauce on it. Papa John's use to have better quality and standards. Won't be returning. Domino's is the much better option.
