Please do not patronize the Greenbelt Papa John's. I called the store to order pizzas. I informed them that I was using an official Papa John's fundraising card. I asked for the price of the stuffed crust pizza and the person on the phone gave me the wrong price. She quoted me a price higher than what it was. When I went to the store to pick up the pizzas, I informed her that the price was inaccurate. The fundraiser card is a buy one get one free. I purchased two pizzas and was supposed to receive two free. Again, the price was not accurate. When she printed out the receipt, they only discounted the pizza $35 not instead of half. She refused to fix the problem. They do not honor fundraiser cards and will give you an inaccurate total to scam the consumer. This store is horrible.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I was in this papa johns today with my husband. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I ask the young lady a question about tap and pay I was told to read the screen. I also ask her a question about a special. This young lady was so rude and disrespectful to me. I walked out and told her to cancel my order. She replied good. Please don’t purchase from this location.
Ordered delivery. Food arrived on time, and it was delicious. Love the spicy butter sauce! Order was missing my beverages, but the manager on duty had them delivered. Big props for making it right. Thank you!

They sometimes gives you a wrong order then doesn't pick up your call. I'm not stunned though

This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had, and I've ordered from this store at least 4 times before! I ordered in the app and tracked the delivery. The app tracking said it was delivered, and when we checked the front door for the food, it wasn't there. I checked the doorbell camera and it didn't show a delivery. I tried to call the store for 20 minutes with no answer. I was able to make contact with the ordering call center, but they were of no use. The call center tried to call the store with no success. The call center advised they couldn't refund my money and that I had to get that done with the store. How does one tell the restaurant of an issue if they don't answer? Kinda ridiculous and completely unacceptable! So we ended up with no food and no way to get our money back from the store. Ended up having to dispute the charge because we aren't paying for food we didn't receive.
