Always good food from papa John's

Ordered food via the caister serve app to our caravan, and was given an hour estimated wait time, so when it was 20 mins past the hour we called and asked where our pizza was, and despite the member of staff no even asking for our order number or caravan number he said it was out for delivery… another 20 mins go by and it’s now 40 late, we called up again and once again, the guy on the phone seemed to not give a s**t. Eventually after it being one hour late we went up there and met a lovely gentleman at the front desk, we explained that our food was on hour late, he asked for our order number and he was so apologetic and understanding, even offered to upgrade our pizza and give us an extra side order, I wish I got his name because he turned out negative experience into a positive one!!
