Horrible Customer service. I understand you have to pay extra for sauces and peppers but they take this to a whole new level of greediness!!! They give you 1 sauce and one pepper regardless of the size of the pizza which is freaking ridiculous!!! Papa Johns your greed will consume your business! Avoid this location, jerks work here!!!

5 stars! I recently visited Papa John's in Gainesville, Virginia and had an amazing experience! I walked in and placed an order for six delicious pizzas, and the manager was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They guided me in choosing the perfect toppings and ensured that everything was prepared to perfection. ‍ To complement the fantastic pizzas, I also purchased some refreshing sodas, and they were absolutely great! The selection was vast, and the drinks were served ice-cold, which was just what we needed to complete our meal. Overall, I was impressed with the exceptional service, tasty pizzas, and refreshing sodas at Papa John's in Gainesville. I highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers in the area. You won't be disappointed!

The lady on the phone was rude from the jump.. like extremely rude. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or that’s just her personality usually I’m still kind on the phone cause I get it I work customer service people can be rude but I straight up hung up cause what the hell. Other than that the delivery was good and so was the food so 0 complaints there! Whoever was on the phone though seek therapy like me and don’t take your anger out on other people or take Prozac cause that works for me too

Zach is Top knotch at knowing how to go above and beyond great service skills. could own and operate his on franchise one day if it's his dream. Very good people skills too!! Great job all around young man!!
