Papa Johns Pizza

Pretty disappointed. Gluten-free pizza had very little cheese and it was burnt. Something needs to make up for the fact that it's gluten-free and in my book, that's the cheese. Also, do not like that when you order it takes you to a call center with a telemarketer with broken English. Just let me call my local papa John's. Why have a third party involved? We had a coupon but probably will not be ordering again from here anytime soon.

They screwed up my order and had to recook it. But instead of telling me this they kept stringing me along saying "it's in the oven, just 5 more minutes." So i sat there like a clown for an extra 20 minutes waiting for the pizza to finish. When I paid I asked why they gave me a discount and the girl lied to my face saying the original price was "too expensive" rather than saying they messed up my order. Eventually I had to confront them after waiting so long and eventually got the truth. Very weird experience. Back to Dominos it is.
