Papa Johns Pizza

The food is good Cool workers. I DO THINK GLOVES SHOULD BE WORN AND LONG ENOUGH TO COVER THE ARM THE DOUGH HAVE TO TOUCH

I had a great experience with this papa John's. The GM made my pizza just the way I like it. Everything was great!

Not ok. 100 minutes to get the food. Wasn’t as ordered. Had to drive there to get the rest of my order. Standard “oh sorry, we’re short staffed and busy…” whatever, don’t take the order then.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Not sure exactly what was wrong with it, but it was inedible. Tried to call the store and got hung up on. Order from anywhere else!

Very slow service, unprofessional employees

I am a manager in a restaurant and I watched Rocky make my pizza. He has very long black hair NO HAIRNET, he worked bare handed, NO GLOVES, touched the keyboard, his phone, and CASH, and proceeded to make food without ever washing his hands! I am absolutely DISGUSTED, and feared saying anything for fear that he would spit in my food. I'll NEVER go to Papa Johns again, AND I'm going to tell everyone I know that Papa John's has the worst hygiene policy I have ever seen! It's 9:00 at night, I figured the cook would kill germs, but I just puked my guts up, blowing a mushroom through my nose! I only ate 1/12 pieces. I tossed the rest. 24.00 down the tube while escaping Milton, we're from Tampa Bay. Rocky needs to be educated, and if he's a manager, because he was alone, he should be demoted and/ or fired for the precedent he represents at your company.

Ordered a pizza today at 6pm. Still didn’t have a pizza by 8pm. Called to get an update and they said it would be another hour!! Three hours for two small pizzas!!!! Never offered an explanation or refund.

Not many people working and service was slow

Ordered two pizzas at 7:15. After getting a text saying our order was cancelled, we got a notification our order was being picked up by a Door Dash Driver and would be here at 10:05. Our driver has changed since then. What the actual f? When I called the restaurant after the cancellation text the manager addressed me as “sweetheart” four times. 🙃

I walked in to this restaurant around 920 gentleman told me they where busy and someone would be right with me. 10 minutes pass and he comes back to inform me they would not take my order they where too busy with online orders. I won't be back!

Horrible!

Do not waste your time. We waited an hour for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15 min for TAKE OUT. Very unfriendly.

Worst Pizza delivery/service we have ever had. Messed up order, would not refund for missing items, kept our credit card slips, gave no receipt, doughy pizza, manager said “I don’t do refunds.” Ordering Dominoes next time!
