Papa Johns Pizza

Called they won't take order over there phone told me to go online to order i don't do order online cus everytime I do they get it wrong why have a manager when she won't even do her job lazy they all want more money but don't wanna work she should be fired

Who ever did my wings keep them in that spot. For once they were clobbered in sauce, not pieces that had a little sauce on part of it and the rest was naked.😡 Nope these were completely covered like that should be all the time.

Tried to call and get a credit honored that was on my account and the girl tacking the order got an attitude after i politely corrected her after thst it was a credit when she tried to charge me for the order.. not the first time getting attitude from workers at this location...never calling here again

Just had a extra large Works pizza and A chocolate cookie delivered to my house today. Pizza was hot / tasty as ordered. Chocolate Cookie was freshly baked too / yummy too. Everything came delivered within time frame. Pizza Alot better than other competitors!

40 dollars for one large pizza and 2liter Pepsi my pizza barely had any toppings on it horrible for price

Never delivered my pizza. Lied and said they were outside waiting for 10 minutes. But never knocked. Then told me that the address I gave them was not real. How were you sitting outside then???

This is the worst Papa John's in the Davenport/Bettendorf area. The only reason I ordered from here and stopped some time ago is because it was closer than the Middle Road Papa John's location(the one where they don't serve you stale cheese purposely and then laugh when you call to let them know it made you feel ill) which I've always ordered from. 5-stars all around for the Middle Road location, they don't mess with your food and great service. I feel like the Brady location serves you based on your race and in my case I'm American but brown since I'm a 5th generation Mexican/Spanish American. This is what happened I ordered a few weeks for the first time in a long time. I ate one slice and got ill(diarrhea), I called the store and the lady who answered had known exactly what pizza I ordered without even telling her what pizza I ordered and had even had the audacity to start giggling. I asked for a credit but was hesitant on even using it. Well I used it today and the service was horrible, the lady was rude. The pizza was made poorly, on avg. one pepperoni per slice with minimal toppings(check out photo), the least amount I've ever seen in The Works pizza. Here goes the best part though, some friends and I ordered a few more times after my initial order, 2 times through my Spanish/Mexican American friend account and 2 times through my European/American friend account. All I'm going to say is the results were not pleasing. Maybe some of the workers aren't happy with themselves or maybe they are having a bad day but please don't mess with people's food. Maybe it's not even about race and it's just a really bad store. I DO NOT recommend this place. God bless. ✌️

Well I was very unhappy with my recent order but very impressed how management and delivery driver handled it. They definitely deserve to be valued employees. Well done.

So usually we have a good experience with papa John's but tonight that changes ,unprofessional, unsympathetic, and thinking you can get sarcastic with someone isn't the way to go wrong is wrong and right is right, and hanging up in someone face, while being sarcastic isn't professional to be holding a Manger title,.

I ordered a pizza at 1215 we did not receive our pizza until 2 am . It wasn't even warm . I shouldn't take an hour and 15 min to make and deliver a pizza at this hour . I understand people are short staffed but still
