This place was absolutely packed. The service was incredibly good, considering how many people were there the food was excellent, very well prepared parking was a little difficult, but well worth the visit.
I'm a little confused about all the 5 star ratings Papa Bees is getting. It's like employees are writing them or their a couple of years old before they changed management. The place is always packed and loud on Friday nights. We frequent the hour glass brewery as a group and decided to patronize papa bees wings. 1st visit: the 40 Garlic Parmesan wings were tasty but had a strange after taste and a bit over cooked. Curly fries are ok and zero seasoning so just a filler to soak up the beer, the grease helps pass the food quickly. 2nd visit: order 40 Garlic Parmesan split 20 hot/ 20 mild. Well only 20 had garlic parm and the hot sauce wasn't hot, was just a sauce we ordered them wet too, the was because last visit wings were a little dry. Fries were unseasoned and greasy. 3td visit: ordered 40 Garlic Parmesan split 20 regular & 20 Nuke Hot, their Hot sauces are not hot by any means. Bone in wings meat was drier than the last two visits, shrimp was dry and over breaded, curly fries were oily and unseasoned. The tight panted staff added to an alternative view but were visibly stressed and busy , I really don't like to yell my order to the staff, feels rude but it's really noisy inside. So we carry out and eat at the brewery. I wouldn't rate this place 5 stars or the Best Wings in Town. Maybe Cold Beer & Lousy Food? They might want to check out the other wing places in the area and make some changes. My recommendations listed was what was ordered
For the love of god somebody do something about these fries. Soggy, unseasoned, undercooked? The wings were fine but my lord I forgot how awful the fries are and have made the mistake of ordering them twice.
