Panera Bread

Love their chicken salad sandwich. Opted for the apple as a side and was not disappointed. Crispy and crunchy and sweet. I am always pleased when I treat myself to lunch at Panera!

Last time there, a small bug flew out of my salad as soon as I sat down with it, took it back up to the window, and the server wasn't as expected. She offered to make another one with a little hesitation. I said ok, don't know why, though. I'm sure it came out of the same container as the last. I'm not sure if we'll return. But I love their bread.

thoroughly disappointed. ordered via door dash to discover a grand total of 2 pieces of chicken in my chicken baja bowl. if i wanted the veggie option i would have requested that. it’s upsetting that presentation and quality are left behind when the customer orders delivery because “what are they going to do about it?” i paid a ridiculous $16 for this bowl and it’s not what i ordered!

Someone took me here a few days ago. They served old/rotten chicken in the chicken and pepperoni sandwich. I am always having sanitary problems here. Just go to Sacramento for much cleaner and sanitary food.

I go to Panera almost everyday. Today I was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. That normally wouldn't be a big deal but, there was only one car in front of me. I don't know if they were chatting or if the lady was being difficult or what. There's no reason it should take 15 minutes to get adrink when there is only one car in front of you. Then when I got up to the window the girl was super dismissive she said my order was $30. I said I only have a drink. I feel like they should have acknowledged the wait. I understand if you have a difficult customer or if something happened that's fine but acknowledge it instead of being dismissive. Panera you left the very bad taste in my mouth. Makes me reconsider my sips club. My experiences at Panera have gotten better. So I decided update my review. I definitely would recommend the sips club.

Fast service and friendly knowledgeable staff, pleasant atmosphere throughout

Awesome place! Modern environment, warm and comfortable atmosphere, fast service and very good food! Great for a meal or snack with friends, family, or by yourself!
