Thought we would try it out since we've never been. The food was very good but pricey for what you get which was a surprise. Walked in and no one was behind the counter or anywhere. We waited and finally used the kiosk since no one was there. Might be back.
The kiosk is difficult to use—I thought I added cream cheese to my bagel and evidently I didn’t. When I tried to ask the employees about it they were rude and just kept saying over me “That’s an up charge can’t just give it to you.” That wasn’t my question. My question was do I need to use the kiosk just to pay for cream cheese because I wasn’t confident I could find cream cheese alone on it. The employee just kept saying that sentence over and over again. I figured out how to order just cream cheese for $1.10 and this was thrown on my plate. Meanwhile my bagel is cold.
Very disappointed we spent a 1.10 for this cream cheese and the service they look at me with a side I like I am an alien
Slowest Panera I think I've ever been to. I just wanted a coffee and a pastry. It took them forever to even acknowledge the order (kiosk ordering only?). Then when I asked if they'd warm up the pastry (because of the music & his headset I had to ask three times before he even understood), you'd think I made the most demanding request ever. At least the coffee was ok.
This location is easy to miss so I drove by many times before stopping in recently. The freshness of their food is evident with anything you try.
