I want to enjoy this new Panera, I can walk to it but the service is slow. I ordered two smoothies, why would I want two smoothies coming out 10 minutes apart? She fixed one and then just stood around talking, walking back and forth with the cup in her hand, talking to other workers. It was crazy. She finally fixed it then stood there with it. I couldn't take it anymore my sister was done with her smoothie by that time I literally had to interrupt her from talking and ask her to please hand me my smoothie so I could go. They have no sense of urgency, workers seem very unorganized, out of stuff last week so just kept my order sitting in the back. After 10 minutes I said I got an email saying my order was ready but it's not on the board. Lady says oh yeah we got it in the back cause we were out of something you ordered. How am I suppose to know that? I'm standing there waiting for my name to come up on the board. I really want to enjoy this new location. Hopefully the manager will get this crew to quit wasting people's time. Food is great, service is shakey at best.
Brand new Panera close to Embry Mill and away from the craziness of Garrisonville. Open concept makes it feel larger even though I think it has a smaller dining area. Still, clean and well-lit. We got our food right away. They have self-service kiosks and a drink station, plus all the baked goods you've come to expect.
