Sloppy gross sandwiches and they're always out of their more popular stuff. The employees are slow and would rather chat with their friends than take an order. Roll the dice to see if you actually get what you wanted.

Can't really rate this place, I only went in for a iced tea. The tea was pretty good

The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall dining experience. The food was another highlight of my visit. The dishes were flavorful, and the bread, a signature item at Panera, lived up to its reputation. It was fresh, soft, and delicious, enhancing the taste of the meals. However, there were a few aspects that could use improvement. One of the main issues was the restroom access. The requirement of an unlocked pin number, which was larger than my debit card pin number, seemed excessive and inconvenient. This policy detracted from the otherwise positive guest services. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. A cleaner environment would have made the dining experience more pleasant and comfortable. In conclusion, while the food and guest services were good, the restroom policy and cleanliness of the restaurant need attention. I hope to see improvements in these areas during my future visits.
