Armadillo Willy's Real Texas BBQ's signature Prime Brisket is smoked 18-hours with oak wood, as are two kinds of ribs - baby backs and St. Louis cut pork ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, fresh chicken, turkey and our Texas jalapeño-cheese sausage. Burgers are flame-grilled and we offer a variety of tasty combinations our smoked meats as sandwiches.
