LONGEST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE LINE FOR 30+ MINUTES. SCOOPING SOME BROCCOLI CHEDDAR INTO A BOWL DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG. I AM LITERALLY ON THE VERGE OF LOSING MY MIND.

Went for bagels at 10 am and they told me they would t be making any more, what kind of bagel shop runs out at 10am?? So disappointed.

Door dasher/ NOW FORMER PATRON of this location. This Panera location is always dirty, slow and now I can say management is horrible. Food was to be picked up at 5:40, arrived at 5:35. Restaurant was slow due to CC systems being down. Meal was not started until I arrived after waiting 10 min for food, I witnessed 2 employees arguing over who was going to make the drinks. In the midst of the argument,I asked for management. Manager came out with major attitude. I told him, what was happening. No apology, no thanks for the info. Instead he made a excuse for the staffs behavior. This is obviously why the lobby was dirty, staff standing around looking on their phones, joking around with each other while customers stand there waiting for food. There are Panera's everywhere, go to another 1. Don't give yr hard earned money to this location. You deserve clean, fast, friendly service, when spending money!!

Yeah I never post negative reviews but the food that did end up in my bag was not in good shape - like did not get eaten bad shape. And they missed the side item when there was only one meal ordered…

I ordered a Teriyaki chx Bwl thinking it would look like the picture for $17.59. I received a big clear bowl with brown paper in it with two table spoon full of food on top of the brown paper inside the big clear bowl. I'm disappointed that I was charged 17.59 worth of food but didn't receive much food for the price.

My wife got very sick after eating there. I am not kidding, we are not sure if it was the food.

Ordered a chicken mozzarella pizza melt and a broccoli cheddar soup with baguette. Received no chicken on the melt and no baguette. My wife also ordered soup and received no baguette with her soup even though it was clearly marked that it was in the bag. Not the first time we have had issues woth this restaurant. Tired of workers expecting more money for lower quality of service. You EARN more money no one will hand you anything in life. Done with this restaurant.

Ripped off once again. Ordered 2 bread bowls and a soup all 3 were supposed to come with a baguette...of course when I got home the baguettes were not there. My husband also ordered a Chicken & Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt and there was no chicken on it. It is too expensive to go out to eat or order carryout and have half of your order missing or messed up.
