Extremely nice women upfront who welcomed us and said goodbye as we picked up our to go order were so sweet! I love people that warm and welcoming

Service is slow and environment is lacking cleanliness. Noticed this at most Panera's. Unfortunately, probably a product of cost cutting even though the food is more expensive than ever. The value for me is rarely here anymore based on the product their putting out.

Service was exceptional, the cashier was marvelous and the interaction with the kitchen crew was genuine. They start my day in the right foot. Thank you morning team of January 12!!!!

Thank you for being dine in and for good food and pastries Update: came in Jan 2024 and I believe her name is Angie, she helped me figure out what to order, and made me feel at home, love Panera but this location in Rolling Meadows IL especially!!! Also better tip is to order on the app so much customization is possible compared to just ordering there :)

My bf and I came for dinner because we got a gift card for Christmas and the manager, Angie, came over and gave us a $5 gift card! Very sweet and fast service! :)

I ordered a roasted turkey blt and got a raggedy burger with barely any turkey and half the size I would get at another panera location. Giving easy bake oven.

Consistently out of items before 7pm. Can’t make up for a meal with a free cookies!
