Panera Bread

Went there January 18th and bought a dozen of your chocolate chip cookies and they were so hard. Ended up throwing them in the garbage. I really think they sold me very very old cookies. I go there maybe every 4 to 6 weeks and this time they were horrible. Be awhile before I go back.

$ 36 got me a soup and sandwich, M&C and drink and 2 apples and I didn't get half my order. Wth happened ?!

Mac and cheese came out looking like an anemic portion of low budget hospital food. For the price paid, this is a joke.

7am arrival time and running late to a lacrosse tournament, I had to make sure the kids started out on the right foot- eating on the run, they were way in front of me by the time eating occurred so no pics. The food was good, we used the facilities, they were clean and the gentleman who let us know our order was ready (we had ordered from kiosk so this was only contact with staff) was polite and friendly, especially silly for 7am. What the kids remembered about gobbling their breakfast on the road, they said “it was good!”

The workers were more interested in when they were leaving, per their conversation. How can you be Panera BRESD and be out of bread? I understand bagels but baguettes? Also place was dirty.

We usually really enjoy the food at Panera, so we stopped at this store as we were driving by on a trip. We had to use the kiosk to order as there was no one available at the register. Many of the items we wanted to buy were out of ingredients, so we kept having to choose other items. Very few of the normal drink choices were not available as well. I finally settled on coffee so I could drink it in the car as we continued our trip. When I went to fill up my cup, there were only 2 choices, neither of which was decaf. I was told that it would take 10 minutes to brew, so I decided to get herbal tea. There wasn't enough hot water for even 1/2 a cup! We finally just left.

There’s one staple employee I’ve noticed in the front, he’s always thorough and kind. After that everything goes downhill. Customer service is poor. You order food and end up with a mystery meal at home. It’s like professionalism better yet common courtesy is not something they have. Worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

Understaffed and dirty, prices have increased disproportionately to quality and quantity of food.

Don’t order the Turkey chili, it’s awful, beans are hard, and take it easy on the chili powder, and at 8.99 a bowl please leave it……..
