i’ve been coming to this panera bread for about 10 years now. i ordered a mac n cheese and this is what i found. it was in my mouth. will not be coming back!
Came in at 8pm this place reminds me of my favorite library in college late at night. It’s very laid back and relaxed. This might be my fav Panera I’ve ever been to.
This Panera bread literally ran out of bread. I'll give them an extra star because it was in a vast windstorm power outage yesterday, but if you're going to be open, do better. We spent $55 on soup that didn't come with bread and the soup was so watered down it was barely recognizable and obvious that that's what the manager whoever was in charge ordered them to do to stretch out their limited inventory. It was really crowded but the whole time sitting waiting for our food we could hear the staff and the manager bitching about how much work they had. I've never seen a Panera with less than a 4.0 rating and I understand why this one is sub 4. Worse than cafeteria at the hospital.
