30 minute wait for my To-go order, amd I had to go on a scavenger hunt to get all my items. For some reason, you have to go ask the bakery to fill your order, they won't just prepare it with the rest of your items-- including your drinks. Green tea is watered down compared to other locations. If you get French onion soup, be sure to check to see if you get the toppings before leaving. In the 4 years I've been coming here, I don't think I've ONCE gotten the croutons and cheese without asking for them. You'd think I'd just stop going, but hey-- I love me some panera. Each time I come seems worse than the last, though. They advertise above the Rapid pick up area that you will receive a free bakery item if they get your order wrong, so maybe just capitalize on that aspect of their service, since heaven knows the orders are seldom right. Got my free pumpkin muffin today.

Pretty poor experience at this location. They ran out of several food items I had, and my sandwich was pretty much bare. Also missed multiple things in my order and I had to go back. Didn’t seem to be a well run location.

They are super nice. But my order is never right. My smoothies are always runny and hardly cold. The food is just prepared sloppy. The containers are usually caked in whatever is inside.

No one cared about working. Not even the manager who was giving attitude to customers. I received my sandwich and the picture tells it all. I added the cheese but other than that, it was basically bare. The smoothie smelled horrible as well. Waste of money.
