Panera Bread

One of the few locations I visit where I wonder, "why?" When I finished spending nearly 20 on a sandwich and a coffee. Dough tastes "frozen" despite being store baked. Roast beef is bland compared to jersey mikes, the sauce and onion saved the sandwhich from being thrown out. A roll and some cold cuts from stop and shop will have to suffice next time I get a craving for sandwiches if I'm in nanuet.

Panera bread is a place to eat and its a great Atmosphere and great Sevice and food too

Be warned that this location is a franchise! I ordered a Family Feast that included 4 half sandwiches, quart of soup, family salad, and supposedly whole French baguette. The Nanuet is $53 including tax. It’s $36 for the same meal in Suffern. I called customer support to find out if this was an error on the app. Nope, it’s a franchise and they can charge different from the chain location. Never again! Done with Panera. Oh the salad is a whole salad enough for one person and they forgot the French baguette!!!

HORRIBLE customer service, one of the young people who delivers the food is too hostile and one day HE is going to get them in big trouble.
