Panera Bread

It is my first time of eating Panera Bread really delicious sandwiches and salads great service and atmosphere!

Great breakfast or lunch place for everyone

Found hair in sandwich, dogs inside restaurant, 9 rat trap just outside the door.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered a soup in a bread bowl, and what I get is a bowl of soup. My side was an apple. I told them at the counter I wanted a bread bowl. She gave me a piece of bread. I looked at the apple, which was bruised, and had multiple soft spots. I said she could take that back. She started to pick it up and then stopped. Maybe they can't once it is plated? I got water to drink, and the bowl of soup was just over $9.00. It's been a long time since I'd been to Panera. It'll be another long time... as in never.

The food was fine but very expensive for what i got. My pick 2 and a drink was $18! The man who took my order wasn't friendly at all. And that place needs a good cleaning. Where I got my clean lid from had a sticky brown substance on the bottom and it took me a long time to find a place to eat that wasn't all messy with greasy fingerprints. Won't be back for a bit.

Order was for eat in but came in a bag. Ordered pick 2 but got a full sandwich. I asked for a drink cup and was told "around the corner, to the right."

Wow. Since when did you start importing your bread from Subway? i.e. it tastes like a chemical. Also for what I paid for a cup of soup and a sandwich that looks like it was made by a neurodivergent child, I could have had decent food, basically anywhere else.

As a brand, Panera Bread is usually a decent option for a healthy and quick meal. This location was disappointing. The staff doesn't offer to take your order, it's expected that you use the self order station; your food sits at the pickup station without anyone alerting you that your food is ready, so your food will be cold; If you do want to ask staff for something they forget with your order, you'll have to wait until someone emerges from the back room in order to get assistance. I would not recommend this location.
