Panera Bread

Shoutout to Brad for being SO KIND to me and my friend, Dylan. He was so nice to us and made us feel very welcomed. He chatted with us for a bit and laughed and had a good time. Such a great guy. Food was good too! I recommend microwaving the pastries in the microwave near the coffee station:) makes it 10x better. The only thing is that the womens bathroom is veryy dirty on the floorss. but overall we had a great time and will definitely come back and hopefully see our new friend, Brad.

I am not going back to this place again . The new kicking cheese toast was a disgrace to cheese toast . They ran out of bread for a Friday evening . The cheese toast on a sourdough bread was badly made with no effort to grill the bread and slob of melted cheese oozing out . When you pay $10 for a toast you expect some kind of effort go in it . We felt an evening spoiled with bad food . Not this place ever again .

You can at least put people’s food in the right place for pick up instead of just behind the counter. Complete the full task before doing other things.

Always a great place to enjoy the atmosphere, food, coffee etc.

I came in with this morning with 2 of my kids. As my children have special needs, I am helping them be independent. The person that took our order was so sweet, patient, and helpful with my kids. Everyone there, that I interacted with, had a great smile in their face. This is a change from other branches that I have been too.

As a loyal customer, I appreciate your rewards program. However, you always reward me with cookies, which I can't eat. Unfortunately, my requests to substitute the cookie with another menu item have been unsuccessful. This makes the reward feel more like a punishment.

Don't know what happened to the drinks but the strawberry mint lemonade tasted like perfume and the iced tea was so weak it might as well have been water

Very dissatisfied. No whole grain bread . No Asian sesame chicken salad . Will not be back . For years I always got the same meal . No more 😢

Plain as can be. My salad was eh. There's nothing great to say.
