Panera Bread

Wasted money. Very expensive for no food at all. Didn’t even make the sandwich right which is crazy. Panera needs to tighten up because this place performs way below expectations.

Crazy prices! I got a you pick 2 soup & sandwich with a large drink. It was $27! I was shocked because it was just me ordering and when they read me to the total at the window “how?!” Slipped out of my mouth (I didn’t mean to be rude, I was honestly shocked) the explained that because I upgraded to a large drink it was more expensive. I have been choosing other options ever since, for that price I can eat anywhere else in town. Also, my order was made incorrectly and was cold on the inside. I did write to corporate first, before this review.. they didn’t respond. ‍♀️

Don't order unless you know how to defend yourself from their up charging, ordered pick 2 and they charged me for whole sandwich then separate Mac n cheese

Great food and stuff but need to go back to using the buzzer devices. When the place is packed like the day we went, and people are standing all around talking, you can barely hear the counter call your name when your food is ready, especially when there are people standing right in front of the counter talking loudly.
