Panera Bread

I was there around 8:30pm. Closing team was so professional, respectful!!A girl Name Hina، Hana (sorry if It's wrong spelling) was so kind, helpful, and friendly. She is probably the nicest employees I’ve ever met and I definitely appreciate her.Management trains their staff pretty well and detail orient. Thank you guys.

This Panera is strangely cool. Staff members were extremely friendly. Lots of sandwich filling. This was so abnormal in my experience that I had to leave a review. Thank you

Display was well stocked this morning, but not the coffee urns. Place was clean especially for a late morning shift. Used the kiosk to order initially, but there was some hiccup so ordered from the app while inside. Took a few mins for the Pick2 to come out, I was happy with the experience. No boo boo with my order today.

I walked in at 7pm. There was nothing left. A few muffins and pastries scattered all over the display counter. They looked like they had seen better days. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. I asked the price of a pastry and was told $3.89 (with tax it was over $4.00.) The food looked so bad and the store itself looked bare and I got the distinct feeling this was more about them making money and the customer really did not figure into the equation. I walked out. Panera you can do better.
