Current layout is hostile to disabled. You have to walk a very long way to get your coffee cup. Handing them out at the register would be better

No service people.

Ordered for pickup this morning on my way to work: a sausage, egg, and cheese on brioche with chipotle aioli added, and a vanilla cream cold brew. Where to begin. First of all, my sandwich was made with bacon, not sausage. I don't like bacon on breakfast sandwiches, which is why I didn't order it that way. The sandwich was cold and mushy, and there was none of the requested chipotle aioli. Next, let's talk about the "coffee". As you can see from my picture, even when stirred, it was WHITE. Like drinking a cup of iced milk. Absolutely ridiculous and a massive waste of $12. Won't be returning ever.

Lovely staff, delicious meals, wonderful ambience. Panera is a great place to have good food in an incredibly lovely ambience
