Do the cooks in the morning speak English? The food that I ordered was missing many items

The sandwich was awful. It was so salty I don't understand how a sandwich can be so horrible

First time at a Panera. Waited a long time for food. Wasn't told that one of our beverages would be at the fountain instead of coming from behind the counter with the food. Got the wrong Mac n cheese which were very watery. Then got the right ones with vegetables and they were wayyy overcooked. The green tea with Papaya and Mango had very little flavor and had the color and consistency of seaweed salad from a sushi place. I guess, Panera maybe should stick to BREAD because that was awesome. Nice crust on the outside, soft and yummy on the inside.

Place is run down.

Good food. I was a little disappointed that they did not soufflés available unless you wanted to wait for 30 minutes.
