Honestly why does this place even exist? Over the past week I’ve tried to order carry-out or delivery three times. The first time, they were out of white cheddar and chicken—which are star ingredients in like half their menu items. The second time, they were still out of chicken—nearly every salad and at least half their sandwiches feature chicken. The third time, I was able to successfully order what I wanted with no notification that they were out of any ingredients—only to have my food show up with a note explaining that they were out of not just the side baguette, but ALL SIDES. No chips, no apples, no bread. Why do I even bother anymore, when half their ingredients are constantly out? No other place around has this many supply struggles, so I don’t want to hear excuses from them. Their competitors are able to keep things in stock, so I’ll give them my business from now on.
When we showed up around dinner time the dining area was a mess. No one was at the counter. You have to order food on the kiosk. They are out of everything french baguettes at panera and chicken. It charged 14 for there being no chicken in the salad. Management just kept telling someone to get in the line of food. They should probably be helping out at least take orders up front help clean the dining area. We will be going to the Fort Collins location. Clean, friendly and they have bread and not out of everything.
I'm disappointed that they took the Chicken Salad Sandwich off the menu!
Nice relaxed place casual... A good place to eat
Wish they had more vegetarian or vegan soup options at this location. It’s got so much less than any Panera I’ve been to - just the basics Mediterranean veggie I think may be the only decent option (with adjustments no feta). No soups they all have some sort of cream. Wish they were more vegan friendly or vegetarian friendly even.
Spent 71 bucks on soup and salad for a family of four, just for the salad to be wilted and have attitude given back when asked for a different bowl of salad. It’s sad they are overpricing their food then also giving you food that they probably wouldn’t even eat themselves. Would not recommend eating here.
