Food was fine, didn't really deal with any staff due to the reliance on the tablet things. Don't like those but not much choice these days

Ordered a Full Size Chicken Caesar Salad for lunch, which was good. The Baguette came exactly how it is pictured. Bottom of the bag, ripped from the loaf instead of cut, and not wrapped in anything.

Currently on my twentieth minute in the drive thru for my order of one single bagel

We ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soups on the app and picked them up at the drive thru. They gave us a sealed bag. When we got home we found the bag contained only the soup. We called the store to request credit for the sandwiches and they hung up on us.
