Not sure what happened but lately this place has been blasting their music at an annoyingly loud level. Not really digging the new night club vibe they're going for, this was better as a coffee shop that I could actually read and study at. It really seems like they want people to get their food and leave. The music is so loud it hurts my ears. I asked them to turn it down and they refused.

This place looks like a restaurant that's ready to close down. Not sure what's going on, but all the computer kiosks were down. All decorative accents are gone. It just felt very empty and uninviting. The service was fine. No issues. The food was fine also. No issues. But the atmosphere... Yikes! Easy in and out at the traffic light. Plenty of parking. A guy came in while we were there. Scurried to the back with huge takeout cups. Filled them both to the top with Mountain Dew and left the restaurant. Is that normal? Dietary restrictions: Sourdough is available for those who have gluten issues.

I used to come here almost daily. I changed vocations and have not been here for a couple of years. The service and attitude of the staff turned terrible. They were out of decaffeinated coffee and when I told the manager she said she only makes it certain times and it wasn’t the time. My last visit. You’ve permanently lost a former loyal customer.

The bagels are made fresh daily, and taste absolutely delicious!

What happened to Panera bread? I stopped there at the Fruitville Pike location on a Wednesday night. I ordered a salad and soup combo. I have to say that I was really disappointed with what I got. The salad was only half full and the soup was mostly broth. It definitely wasn't a meal that was worth what I paid for it. When Panera first opened I was always impressed with their food it was made well and they gave you plenty of it. But since then it has gone downhill. The quality of the food is just not good anymore!
