I like this place. More importantly my wife like this place :) We're regulars.
Went in this morning for breakfast around 7 AM like usual, getting a breakfast sandwich and a coffee as a Sip Club member only to be yelled at in the face by one of the staff members. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand people can have difficult days and am generally understanding, but this was out of bounds. She was passive aggressive with her tone and language from the beginning when I asked if the order on the countertop was mine. And then when I asked if I could get a small cup to share the coffee (that I paid for) with my partner, this staff member came up to me and yelled in my face that "they don't do that at Panera", when I have always been given one in the past. I don't mind not getting the cup, but having it said in a respectful manner would have been nice. Regardless, this interaction left me very upset and feeling disrespected as a customer.
Went to this place for lunch to get a pizza and ended up receiving the worst customer service I have ever seen. Our food took an extremely long amount of time and to top it all off, the manager approached our booth asking to leave even though we were patiently waiting for our food. The food was cold in the middle and extremely poor quality compared to other Paneras. I hope that the management can get fixed so I can finally enjoy some Panera. Unfortunately will never be eating here ever again at this establishment.
Sitting here at Panera…. First time I have had a person sweep debris right into me? Did management teach this? Stirring up dust what if someone is eating? I thought they had those little push sweepers? This chick is sweeping dust and dirt right around with a broom…
