They always mess up the orders put wrong sizes of soups and give you whatever sandwich you did not order.

It was our 1st. time eating there. It was pretty good. 1/2 sandwich was kinda small. Their cup of soup is more like a bowl and it was so good.

2024: Chain wide they've eliminated the items I eat. 2023 3*: Several times times they've (more or less) not had much food to sell... Running out fresh is not good, but running out of shelf stable like potato chips indicates their system is not functional. Both? Repeatedly? At more than one location? Likely the chain is not long for this world . 11/2020 Gotten even better, staff is smart and fast now. 10/2020 (4*)They've gotten better. Old 3* review: This particular Panera is about the worst we've been to. Not horrible, but they run out of things more, are slow and disorganized, and the rest rooms aren't great. ( Cornelius Pass location) Vegetarian options: While they have several, make sure and ask for an ingredients list...

I love Panera and was so elated when they opened again. I found them to be overly cautious about protecting me and other guests. It is only restaurant I have chose to eat in.

That broccoli cheddar soup is the bomb . Lately, mobile orders have been coming out about 10 minutes later than the time promised in the app. 03/2024
