Sad to find out that you stopped making Bear Claw pastries! It was my favorite!

Their food is good albeit expensive, their atmosphere is okay, and their service is generally quick, but that's about where the positives end (YMWV). Their bakery items are about the only thing reasonably priced (not their cookies). There's only been a couple of circumstances where the item I wanted wasn't available. The biggest issue is having the employees CORRECTLY FOLLOWING instructions for mobile orders (like toasting a bagel or cooking allergy sensitive items in different ovens). (personal gripe: While this review is based on anecdotal evidence. It's frustrating when simple instructions are seemingly ignored. And it's absolutely disgusting when I take a bite from my Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, and taste an Everything Bagel. Especially when I mark that there's a sesame seed allergy. Once my sip club trial ends. I have absolutely no desire to ever visit this Panera again.)

Service was fantastic and food was good until… I finished eating my salad at home and suddenly bit down on something HARD. Stopped chewing, spat out the food, searched through it… and actually found A ROCK in my food. Went to sleep hoping I would wake up to feel fine, but now my jaw hurts on the right side (the side on which I bit down on a rock in my food). I’m really REALLY hopeful this doesn’t turn into a need for expensive dental work. 🤞🤞

I was highly disappointed this location usually does really well. $89 for three meals to receive wrong items and such small portions and ice berg lettuce in the salads is disappointing. The reputation is known for fresh food and for the cost it should have been amazing. I ordered here for a work training and was not at all happy about our meals. 8/19/24-$65 later!!! Recently placed an order for a business lunch and basically had the exact same experience from a year ago. One of the salads was requested with no chicken he doesn't eat meat. What does he get a salad with chicken! It safe to say Panera is cancelled in my book. Honestly it s over priced and has THE small portions! I will definitely stick with McCallister's from now on.

This one has a nice area to sit outside or inside. They have an extra room for groups to meet in. I wish they had a few more easily reachable outlets. It is Panera so it is exactly what it is.
