Panera Bread

Ordered delivery tonight. Panera's idea of a broccoli cheddar bread bowl is a "mostly" filled cup of soup and a chunk of roll. Pathetic.

Visited last night ..ordered pick two... chicken soup was fine..the bread my deli turkey was on was hard as a rock..took it back to the counter and told the girl I could not eat it and could she fix this on some fresh bread..I kid you not..the girl handed me two pieces of bread!! Never offered a sorry about that or let me fix that for you. The bread she handed me was fresh so they obviously had fresh bread on hand.... whoever made my inedible sandwich with old hard bread and figured it was okay to serve it shouldn't be working in a restaurant. An overpriced terrible food and customer service experience.. won't ever be back.

Good food. Average service. The location should be a little cleaner.

Stores new remodeling didn't change much, still a clean restaurant to get a decent bite to eat.
